Order Not Requiring A Joining Key:
1. During Transportation & Site Handling (Due To Movement) Sealing Joints Between Radiator Sections Can Sometimes Open, Causing Potential Leakage. With This In Mind It Is Imperative That Each Radiator Is Tested Before Fully Commissioning System.
2. We Recommend That You Use A Fully Qualified Plumber, With Experience Working With This Product & Using A Joining Key To Undertake The Assembly & Installation.
3. All The Joins Are The Responsibility Of Yourself & The Plumber/Installer.
4. Do You Require A Joining Key? - Your Radiator(s) Will Not Require Assembly But A Joining Key Is Required To Tighten Any Joints. If You Feel You Would Require A Joining Key And Do Not Already Have One On The Order Then Please Call Us At Your Earliest Convenience.
5. The Total Cost Of The Joining Key(s) For Radiator(s) On Your Order Will Be £70.00 Plus VAT And Is Fully Refundable . If Ordered Separately From The Radiator(s) There Will Be An Addition Delivery Cost Of £11.25 Plus VAT Which Is Not Refundable. The Cost Of Returning The Joining Key(s) Will Be At Your Expense.
As This Is A Bespoke Product Built To Your Specifications, Cast Iron Radiators 4u Cannot Be Held Responsible Or Liable In Connection Concerning Any Differences Due To The Incorrect Information Given By Yourself In Sections 1, 2 & 2A Of This Bespoke Order Confirmation.
Any Claims For Products Damaged In Transit Are To Be Made In Accordance With The Following Terms:
Someone Must Inspect, Check And Sign For The Delivery, If Possible, Whilst The Driver Is Still With You.
We Advise That You Unwrap And Inspect Your Radiator(s) To Ensure There Is No Visible Damage Or Fault Apparent. If Any Radiator(s) or Ancillaries Are Not Inspected When Delivered, They Must Be Signed For As 'Unchecked'.
If Any Visible Damage Is Apparent, Or If Anything Is Missing From The Order, You Must Contact Us Immediately
In Respect Of Signed For (But Unchecked) Deliveries, Visible Damage And Order Shortages Must Be Reported To Us Within 24 Hours Of Receipt Of The Order To Record A Claim.
We Shall Be Under No Liability For Any Damage That Would Be Apparent On Reasonable Careful Inspection If The Provisions Of This Clause Are Not Complied With And, In Any Event, Will Be Under No Liability If A Written Complaint Is Not Delivered To Us Within 3 Business Days Of The Delivery Detailing The Alleged Damage.
We Shall, Where Appropriate, Replace Any Goods Damaged In Transit As Soon As It Is Reasonable To Do So, But Otherwise Shall Be Under No Liability Whatsoever Arising From Such Damage.
If Goods Arrived Damaged, Colour Is Different than Ordered Or Dimensions Are Incorrect, Then You Are Covered By Your Statutory Rights.

Bespoke Made Products Cannot Be Cancelled & Are Non-Refundable Once This Bespoke Order Confirmation Has Been Completed.
Although Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected By Above, We Do Recommend That You Read The Company's Terms & Conditions.
Please Note:
Pallet Deliveries Are On A Kerbside Service Only - (GOODS WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO THE PROPERTY) - Unfortunately This Is Something That Is Controlled By The Transport Industry & Their Insurance Companies.
Please Note That If The Road/Street For Delivery Is Too Narrow To Accept A Heavy Goods Vehicle, you MUST Inform Us. This May Incur An Additional Delivery Charge For A Smaller Vehicle If Required. This May Also Delay The Delivery Of Your items.
