In simple terms, Column Radiators are mild steel tubes, or columns, that are welded top and bottom to form a section. Each section can have 2 to 6 columns, the more columns, the deeper your Column Radiator will be, and the more sections, the wider it will be. Heights vary from 300 mm to 3,000 mm, so the size options are vast, depending on your design and heat output requirements.
The breadth of size combinations aside, the array of colours and finishes is almost infinite. This means Column Radiators are an ideal choice for pretty much all homes. The most popular colour is white, giving super clean lines and a fresh, bright finish. Column radiators can also be supplied in a full spectrum of colours, from the RAL Colour Chart, in matt, gloss, eggshell and more. For a more contemporary look, lacquered bare metal column radiators are available in a variety of tints or for a more historical look and feel, we can build a bespoke radiator in a more muted, luxurious look like Farrow & Ball historical colours.
